Shipping policy

Delivery:

Orders for in-stock items placed by 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time will be shipped within 48 hours (not including weekend) via ground transportation to most locations. Upgraded shipping services are available at an additional charge. If only some products are in stock at the time of ordering, the available products will be shipped first via upgraded service, with backordered items shipped via ground service upon replenishment. While we make every effort to ship orders promptly, we are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping & Handling (S & H) Charges:

All orders are subject to shipping and handling charge. Additional charges apply to oversized items; orders shipped outside Ontario, and orders shipped via upgraded services. S & H charges, along with any freight charges, are non-refundable unless an error has occurred on our part. Smart Electrical Project Inc. reserves the right to change the shipping and handling prices any time if necessary without any notification.
